- Design, fabrication and optimization of louvers, ACP cladding, façade, Glass bonding, special projects including complex designs and machining/assembly of thousands of parts per panel.
- Complete real time track of budgeting and estimation, efficiently finishing the project within the deadline with huge margin of profit to company.
- Helping the design team to provide complete flawless designs and optimizations to sub-contractors.
- Strict eye on the expected and actual scheduling, manpower, efficient use of the best machines for a required job.
- Communicating and negotiating with client/sub-contractors, ensuring profitable solutions for the different problems.
- Daily/weekly meetings (internal and external) with head of departments and clients to ensure the projects are on right track.
- Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
- Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
- Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
- Coordinates with all projects related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.

- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
- Preparing and establishing 5s, Continuous Flow of Production, PDCA, JIT.
- Eleviating production upto 25% by applying RCA and improving OEE.
- Responsible in managing production work processes and activities.
- Responsible in managing production staff, production team leaders and production workers.
- Responsible in coordinating production operation requirements with other areas of operation and other functions within the company.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
- Preparing SOPs, Operation Standards, Process Quality Control Plans & In-Process Data Sheets
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Supervise Development Operations.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
- Responsible in the effective implementation and maintenance of a quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system at the Production floor.
- Full authority on all production operation and functions.
- Full authority on quality, environmental, occupational health and safety matters in the Production Department.
